Wood is a natural material and may exhibit unique characteristics such as warping, checking, splitting, and shrinkage. These occurrences are natural and are not considered defects. While we strive to use the highest quality materials and workmanship, these inherent traits of wood are not covered under our warranty. Premier Fences and Decks appreciates your understanding of these natural variations.

Please note: Warranty repairs are not scheduled individually. While repairs are typically completed within 2-3 weeks of claim submission, weather permitting, we cannot provide an exact date or notify customers prior to the repair, as these are usually scheduled last-minute based on team availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to address all warranty needs efficiently.
